" I first became interested in prenatal yoga when my daughter-in-law , Jennifer, became pregnant. She saw a flyer for prenatal yoga taught by my friend **Lisa Brock and asked me about going with her as she is deaf and needed signing in the class. Of course Lisa said she would love for both of us to come.
Lisa's teaching is so beautiful and how she brings mom and baby together in the class is exceptional. I was inspired to learn this way of teaching. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing mom and baby connecting in a yoga class. One can actually feel the love and communication between them as it prepares both for childbirth. This is some of the most rewarding yoga I teach."
