*"Yoga Basics"
Next series begins Thursday, March 29th
An 8 week training course for beginning students and also for those who have never had the benefit of learning the postures in this way.
Includes step by step instructions and demonstrations for each posture including guidance for those with limitations.
You will receive instructions on each posture's alignment and details, to include hands-on assisting.
Each 90 minute class will be interactive. You may ask questions and receive clarifications on each posture.
At completion of this series you will have the knowledge, confidence and experience to attend yoga practice classes.
*Series is a separate membership at $98 for all eight weeks.
Note:This class series repeats every eight weeks so if you miss a class you can make it up in the next eight week series.
Also joining after the third week is not recommended. It's better to wait until the next series begins.
